Anything which is not a potency is not subject to omni-potence. Of course, there is also the thing that omni-potence doesn't mean omni-actualization. Even if a meaningless sentence was a potentiality in itself, capable of being actualized by God—which it emphatically is not—it would no more mean that God would actually actualize it. In other words (and if we are to follow up with a Thomistic exposition), omnipotence means God’s capability to actualize any potency. Anything which is not a potency is not subject to omni-potence.

Of course, there is also the thing that omni-potence doesn’t mean omni-actualization. Even if a meaningless sentence was a potentiality in itself, capable of being actualized by God—which it emphatically is not—it would no more mean that God would actually actualize it.
